Shipping & Delivery Policy 
Any shipping and delivery matters for orders placed on swad.shop are governed by this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Order Processing
All orders received on or before 12:00 PM (noon) IST are usually processed and handed over to our courier partners within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders received after 12:00 PM (noon) IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays are usually processed within 3–4 business days.

In rare cases, due to unforeseen events (for example, extreme weather, operational issues, strikes, or unusual spikes in orders), order processing times may be delayed without prior notice.

You will receive an order confirmation on your registered email / mobile number after successful placement of the order, and a further notification once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping, Delivery & Serviceability
We currently ship only within India; international shipping is not available.

Orders are shipped through reputed third‑party courier partners to most serviceable PIN codes across India.

From the date of dispatch, the usual delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location, courier network, and local conditions. For some remote or special‑zone locations, delivery may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, local restrictions, adverse weather, or festive load.

Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the address and PIN code are correct and complete.

3. Free Shipping & Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders (both prepaid and Cash on Delivery) with a cart value of ₹499 or above (after applying any product-level discounts and before taxes, if applicable).

For orders below ₹499, a shipping fee will be charged and clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

Any ongoing shipping promotion (including free shipping above ₹499) is promotional in nature and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Swad without prior notice.

In case of refunds due to order returns or cancellations (as per our Return & Refund Policy), the standard shipping fee and any reverse‑pickup or return logistics charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive an SMS/email/WhatsApp message with the tracking ID and courier partner name.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared with you or by entering the tracking ID on the courier partner’s website.

If tracking details are not visible or not updated for 24–48 hours after dispatch, please allow some additional time as courier systems may take a while to refresh.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please provide your complete and accurate delivery address, including flat/house number, building name, street, area, city, PIN code, state, and a valid mobile number.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays, mis‑delivery, or return to origin, and Swad shall not be liable for such issues.

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times. If the order is returned to us due to:

incorrect or incomplete address,

repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or

refusal to accept the package,
you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges. Any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the shipping and return logistics charges.

Proof of signature may not be obtained for all deliveries. In some cases, the courier may leave the package at the doorstep/with a neighbour or security personnel if you are unavailable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address.

6. Coupon Codes, Offers & Promotions
Coupon codes, offers, and promotional discounts are valid only for orders placed on swad.shop and are applicable on eligible products and locations as specified in the offer terms.

Only one coupon code can typically be applied per order, unless explicitly allowed otherwise in a specific promotion.

Unless clearly mentioned, coupon discounts do not apply to shipping charges and taxes.

All offers (including coupon codes and free‑shipping promotions) are subject to change or cancellation at the sole discretion of Swad without prior notice and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

7. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive products that are physically damaged, leaking, tampered, defective, or not matching your order, please inform us within the time frame mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy, along with:

clear photos of the outer packaging and the product, and

an unboxing video, if available.

After verification, we will process your request as per our Return & Refund Policy (replacement, refund, or credit, as applicable).

Swad reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the conditions mentioned in the Return & Refund Policy.
